Byte First Management LLC (“Byte First,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data (e.g., Social Security numbers, medical data). If you provide such information unrequested, it will be processed only to the extent required to fulfil your request and then deleted or securely stored.

We outsource card transactions to PCI-DSS–compliant processors (currently Stripe Inc. and EasyPay Direct). Byte First never stores full credit-card numbers or CVV codes on its servers.


6. How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only:

  1. Service Providers – hosting, email delivery, analytics, customer-support platforms, payment processors, and compliance tools, bound by confidentiality agreements.

  2. Business Transfers – in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale (users will be notified).

  3. Legal & Regulatory – when required to comply with the law, subpoenas, or to protect our rights and the safety of users.

  4. With Your Consent – e.g., if you join a public case study or refer a friend.


7. Data Retention

We keep your data only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above, including any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Standard retention periods:

8. Data Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including HTTPS encryption, firewall protection, least-privilege access controls, and routine security audits. No method of transmission or storage is 100 % secure; therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security.


9. Your Rights

If you reside in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or jurisdictions with similar laws (e.g., Brazil’s LGPD, California’s CCPA), you may have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal data

  • Restrict or object to certain processing

  • Receive a copy of your data (“data portability”)

  • Withdraw consent at any time (marketing emails include an instant “unsubscribe” link)

Our Services are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn we have collected such data, we will delete it promptly.

Byte First is based in the United States. If you access our Services from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and potentially other countries with different data-protection laws. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other approved safeguards.


12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be posted on our website with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Services after the update constitutes acceptance of the changes.
