We outsource card transactions to PCI-DSS–compliant processors (currently Stripe Inc. and EasyPay Direct). Byte First never stores full credit-card numbers or CVV codes on its servers.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only:
Service Providers – hosting, email delivery, analytics, customer-support platforms, payment processors, and compliance tools, bound by confidentiality agreements.
Business Transfers – in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale (users will be notified).
Legal & Regulatory – when required to comply with the law, subpoenas, or to protect our rights and the safety of users.
With Your Consent – e.g., if you join a public case study or refer a friend.
7. Data Retention
We keep your data only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above, including any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Standard retention periods:

If you reside in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or jurisdictions with similar laws (e.g., Brazil’s LGPD, California’s CCPA), you may have the right to:

Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other approved safeguards.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be posted on our website with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Services after the update constitutes acceptance of the changes.
